A warm welcome, whoever you’re bringing

Whether you’d like a peaceful getaway in a Cotswold stone farmhouse or a professional space for a meeting of 20 to 100 people, we can help.

We also welcome school trips, leadership retreats and training events, with room for groups of up to 250 across our bedrooms, yurt village, cabins and camping field. Whoever you bring, you’ll find a warm welcome, generous hospitality that fits your group’s needs, and a credible Christian witness in all we do.

We’re set in 80 acres of our own land in the pretty village of Clanfield, a mile from the River Thames on the edge of the Cotswolds: peaceful and rural, yet easy to reach from London, Oxford, Bristol and Birmingham. A+ Hospitality is based at Windmill Farm in Clanfield, formerly Windmill Farm Conference Centre.

Somewhere comfortable to stay

We can host groups of up to 250, with accommodation to fit every kind of group: en-suite bedrooms, a Cotswold stone farmhouse, a timber yurt village, cabins and a camping field.

Wellspring has 18 en-suite rooms (singles, doubles, twins and family rooms) with tea and coffee and towels, and accessible rooms on the ground floor. Smaller groups can have the old farmhouse at Lower Farm to themselves.

Plates of homemade cakes and biscuits set out for afternoon tea

Fresh food, prepared on site

Our kitchen team prepares everything fresh on site, using local produce wherever we can. Expect roasts in winter, barbecues in the summer, and homemade cakes and biscuits all year round.

A lighter menu is available too. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book and we’ll make sure everyone can enjoy every meal.

Add some adventure

Adventure Plus is based here too, and can run activities and instruction for your group as part of your stay or day: archery, fencing, the indoor climbing wall, canoeing and kayaking on the Thames, bushcraft and team-building games.

Run your meeting in the morning and get outdoors in the afternoon, all at one venue.

New for summer 2027: the Adventure Lake

This summer we dug a brand-new lake on site. It opens to groups in summer 2027, and we’re already taking bookings.

From summer 2027 groups can paddle, raft build and wild swim on it, try our new inland coasteering wall, camp on the island, and play beach volleyball or go pond dipping on its shores.

What our guests say

We’ve always had a good experience. The facilities suit a mixed group, the bedrooms are clean, simple and comfortable, and the large lounge area has been perfect for our informal meetings. We always have a warm welcome from the team, and we recommend them for other groups.

Harlesden Community Church, April 2026

Adventure Plus is a fantastic site with brilliant staff. As a charity group that supports young people with learning disabilities and autism, having organisations that are so welcoming and accommodating towards us really helps us to do the work we do!

Yellow Submarine, charity day visit

We held a youth camp here over the weekend, it’s a great place: activities, outdoor space, wooden cabins to sleep in, meeting rooms and a large dining room with excellent kitchen facilities.
