Wellspring
Wellspring is our purpose-built accommodation, sleeping up to 55 in 18 en-suite rooms. There are single, double, twin and family rooms, so a group with different needs can all stay under one roof.

Lower Farm
Lower Farm House is the old farmhouse on site: a renovated Cotswold stone house with an open fire, five bedrooms sleeping up to 14, and its own private garden.
It suits families, smaller groups and leadership teams looking for a quiet retreat, and is booked as a holiday let through Vrbo.
The yurt village
Our timber yurts sit together in their own field, each fitted out with bunk beds. Groups can choose full catering from our kitchen team, or self-cater in the catering cabin next door, which has a full kitchen and an open-sided eating area, so the yurt village works well for school trips and youth residentials.
Together with our cabins and camping field, this is how we can host groups of up to 250.
Cabins and camping
Our timber cabins sit close to the yurt village, with picnic tables on the grass outside. Like the yurts, cabin groups can be fully catered or self-cater in the catering cabin.
Groups can also camp in our camping field, with an open-sided wash-up kitchen for campers.
A modern shower block nearby has showers, toilets and washbasins, and an accessible shower room with a hoist, grab rails and a shower chair. There’s also a drying room for wet kit after watersports.
Event spaces
We have several event spaces for meetings, worship, training and celebrations of 20 to 100 people:
- The conference hall, with audio-visual equipment in place
- A sports hall
- The lounge, ideal for informal meetings
- A 15th-century stone barn
There are breakout rooms for workshops and study groups too.
Dining
Meals are served in our spacious dining room, and everything is cooked on site by our kitchen team. We use local produce wherever we can and cater for all dietary needs.
A lighter menu is also available. Catering is available for groups of 12 or more.
We’re licensed to serve alcohol, so drinks can be part of your evening event.
We had an enjoyable stay there. The staff were very friendly and the food was much better than I have had at similar centres. The rooms were very clean.
Outdoors
There’s space to spread out across our 80 acres, whether that’s a prayer walk at dawn, games on the field or a campfire after dinner.

Getting here
We’re at Windmill Farm on Main Street, in the Cotswold village of Clanfield in West Oxfordshire, a mile from the River Thames.
